Nothing makes garlic bread better than a dipping sauce. This sauce is packed with flavor and tons of heat. If you can't take the heat, be sure to cut the some of the spices in half. You can use it to make a spicy garlic bread or just dip the bread right in. Whatever you do choose will wake up your taste buds.
Ingredients
(10-15 servings)
Produce 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
Baking & Spices
3 tbsp Crushed Red Chili Flakes 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1⁄2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1⁄2 tbsp Dried Italian Seasoning 1⁄2 tbsp Dried Parsley
1⁄2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
Oils & Vinegars 1⁄2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Condiments
1⁄2 tsp Soy Sauce
Directions
Add 1/2 cup of Extra Virgin Olive oil to a mall sauce pan on Medium/ Low Heat. Add minced the garlic cloves and simmer for 3 minutes.
Remove from the heat, add to a small heat resistant bowl, and let cool for 2 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk. Set Aside for dipping or baking with bread.
Store in a ramekin or airtight small jar.
Serve with bread as a dipping sauce or use a topping to make Garlic Bread.
