For the Wings:

  • 12 whole wings, cut into wingettes

  • 1 tsp canola oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp BBQ seasoning rub

  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper

  • Canola oil spray

For the Buffalo Sauce:

  • ½ cup hot sauce

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp chili powder

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • ½ tsp lemon pepper seasoning

Wing Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F.

  2. In a large bowl, toss the wingettes with canola oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, BBQ seasoning rub, and cayenne pepper until they are well coated.

  3. Place the seasoned wingettes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them.

  4. Air fry the wings at 380°F for 20-25 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Simultaneously spray with canola oil spray to crisp the skin.

Buffalo Sauce Instructions:

  1. While the wings are cooking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.

  2. Stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, and lemon pepper seasoning. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce is well combined and heated through. Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed.

  3. Once the wings are done cooking in the air fryer and are crispy, transfer them to a large bowl.

  4. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cooked wings and toss them until they are evenly coated with the sauce.

  5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
