Cajun Garlic Aioli

Updated: Feb 16, 2021

A traditional Aioli is made with garlic, olive oil, and eggs. It basically a homemade mayo. It is very common in Italy, Spain, and France. It was always weird to me seeing mayo on the menu as appetizer in France. After trying it the sauce is actually great to dip fries in, use on top of burgers or any sandwich. I added my little "sauce" to the sauce ( You get it? LOL Yes, I am corny) by making it cajun style. This sauce also pairs well with my The Cast Iron Chef's Homemade Air Fryer Fries. You can find this recipe in the "Where da Snacks At?" Section. Have fun and dip away!
