Service Description

Dine with The Cast Iron Chef in a specially curated Group Brunch. PLEASE NOTE THAT BRUNCHES CAN ONLY BE BOOKED AT TIMES BEFORE 3PM. This is an affordable option outside of the Private Dinners where you can choose a Brunch with one Entrée, one Appetizer, and a Specialized Beverage. All Brunches are also served with Fresh Fruit trays. Each guest will receive the same items unless otherwise specified for dietary restrictions. Pricing includes labor and food. Brunch Travel is calculated once the dining location is provided. The first 25 miles are free of charge. (starting from Burlington, NC 27215) Each mile after 25 miles will be a charge of $0.65 per mile. HOW IT WORKS 1.) Choose 2 courses from the Brunch Menu Link. (There are 3 items to choose from: Appetizer, Entrée, and Beverage) 2.) Choose Date for the Brunch. 3.) Provide the Location for the Brunch. 4.) Provide table dimensions where the dinner will be served The Cast Iron Chef provides: 1.) Decorations correlating with Brunch options 2.) Pots, Pans, and Utensils for cooking 3.) Napkins, Plates, Glassware, & Utensils 4.) Non-Alcoholic Drinks (unless other accommodations are agreed upon with guests.) Guests Must Provide: 1.) A clean and sanitized environment to cook and serve food. 2.) A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. The deposit will be taken off of the final price of the dinner. 3.) Final payment is due one day before booked dinner. The final invoice will include the final amount owed, any travel expenses, and/ or add ons. DISCLAIMERS: -Menus cannot be modified less than 10 days away from booked date. If a menu is not solidified less than 10 days away from the booked date, we hold the right to cancel the booking resulting in the Non-Refundable deposit being lost. -Event locations listed on the booking cannot be changed less than 72 hours from the booked date -Cancellations cannot be made less than 72 hours prior to the booked date. Any cancellation after within the 72-hour period will be subject to another 15% fee for the cost of purchased supplies and food. -Rescheduling cannot be done less than 72 hours prior to the booked date. Any rescheduled dinner within the 72-hour time period will be subject to a 15% fee added to the final invoice to for the cost of perishable food and supplies already purchased. -There will be an extra $30 charge if the host is late to the venue.
